We had great trip. The host was always available. It had an amazing and incredible setting close enough to North Wales, the estuary and the trains, and a railway line. We stayed for 4 days at the apartment and would love to go back.

    All staff were wonderful.

It had a particularly good setting really close to Public Transport, a railway line and Conwy Castle. I really enjoyed the host who runs the place. Everything was perfect and I got ironing for free...

I couldn't believe the value for money at Glan Y Mor, 147 Station Road. The room was amazingly comfortable and cozy, with a stunning view of Conwy Castle from both the living room and front bedroom. The welcome pack and bottle of wine were such a thoughtful touch, and the owner even came by to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to public transport and a fantastic bistro downstairs. The staff were exceptional and made us feel right at home.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved with a dishwasher and freezer for added convenience.

We had a fantastic stay at a spacious and comfortable property with a beautiful view. the host, Cai, was very accommodating and even offered to bring us food from his bistro below. He even left us a bottle of red wine as a welcome gift. the property had a lovely terrace for us to relax on and enjoy the view.

All of this at a great location and for a low price. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all 😊.

I couldn't believe the value for money at this place! The room felt like a cozy home with a breathtaking view of Conwy Castle. The owner was so attentive and even provided a delightful welcome pack. And the location was perfect for exploring nearby beaches and going on day trips.

The food for breakfast could have been better, maybe a wider selection.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the warm and comfortable atmosphere of the hotel. Despite the bad weather, we were able to enjoy the beautiful view from our room. The bottle of wine provided as a welcome gift was a pleasant surprise after our long journey. the kitchen in the hotel had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions such as Llandudno and Conwy Castle.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the steep staircase leading to the bedrooms, which may pose a challenge to guests with limited mobility. Another downside was the delayed response from the hotel staff when we experienced a power outage.

We couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome from the host. The view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning sunsets and the beautiful Conway castle in sight. The proximity to transport links made it convenient for us to explore the surrounding area without having to use our car. The personal touch of a bottle of wine upon arrival was a thoughtful gesture. The on-site restaurant, Paysanne, was exceptional, serving delicious meals.

Christmas at this hotel was a memorable experience. the warm and friendly host made us feel right at home. the on-site restaurant served exceptional evening meals, a real treat during the festive season. the breathtaking views of the surrounding area, especially the stunning sunsets and the everchanging Castle and estuary, added to the magical atmosphere. the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the North Wales region, with easy access to various attractions. the hotel provided a comfortable base for day trips by car or public transport.

The entrance and some areas of the hotel needed a bit more maintenance. the outside staircase could be challenging for those with limited mobility or small children.
